At least he's not done a Barkley and gone into hiding when he's been trying to force a move. Don't think he coward showed his face at Goodison once last season and he was our player for 60% of the season.

I don't think it is because your reasoning requires you to believe the absolute worst in a person you've never even met
Mine doesn't require to believe the best in him. Doing what he's supposed to do hardly makes him a saint, it just makes him a professional, which most footballers are
The evidence points more strongly to my stance than yours does
And better substantiated by the fact he has done much the same to agitate for his previous loan move.
There's a very weird personality cult around a player who would, quite clearly, like to be anywhere but at Everton.
Until about octobe/november. He was fit for weeks and didn't play, All our managers at the time were saying there was an issue with him, a it turned out he didn't want to play as he was already on his way to the rent boys.Barkley had a massive hamstring injury, the surgery for which left a long scar down the back of his leg. He couldn't play.
To accuse him of hiding is nonsense.

And he subsequently didn't pass a medical at Chelsea.
He wasn't fit, he then had major surgery. We lost an exceptional player, who contributed far more than poor woe-is-me Ademoliver Twist
That’s got to be one of the worst injuries I’ve ever seen.
Barkley and Lukaku being compared to a lad who played half a dozen games for Everton. That right there is your initial mistake.
Lukaku wanting to leave after handing a ton of goals over four seasons and Barkley hounded out the door by Koeman cant be compared with some no mark from Charlton who played a handful of games for Everton and then got a titty-lip because he cant go back to Germany to resume his super-sub role...I just think there’s a contradiction in your argument. Barkley and Lukaku being young players wanting to leave was all the fault of the club but Lookman also a young player wanting to leave you castigate.
Was a brutal scar on his hamstring, that one. Here Under Duressman only needs a little cold to excuse him from his professional duties.
