I dont agree with this at all.

What is wrong with his attitude? All i have ever seen is a few lads jumping the gun and making presumptions about him.

Did he agitate for a move? Bad mouth the club? Hand in a transfer request? No.

Anytime he has got mins for us as far as i can see he has tried his heart out.

All the lad has ever done was back himself to move abroad and get mins bar sitting on the bench kicking his heels, and he was right. Fair play to him i say.

Breaking this down the lad has done zero to have his attitude or character tested.

I didnt question his attitude.

I wrote that we "need to see the attitude to get into the team and make himself indispensible".

Ah i know mate, i was just soap boxing a bit, i see many on here call him names and question his attitude and try and put a label on the lad that in my opinion is unjustified.

I think if we are going to critique this its Everton that we really need to look at.

How we approach youth transition to senior and pathways needs to be looked at, how can two young lads go out on loan and tear up the Bundeslegue and another go on to bang them in against Real Madrid in the Champions League while the first team on occasions during those periods of loan have looked berfeft of genuine creativity and a central midfield that at times has been punctured like a wet paper bag and has looked as it has much imagination as a traffic cone.

Yet for some reason the players take the stick, its just not logical.

The people who are slating his performance I can only imagine didn't watch the game because I thought other than Bernard he was our best player.

He did play well last night, but some dont like so wont admit it

It was ridiculous to pick him against a Hughes team. The kid is such a lightweight he gets knocked off the ball when someone in the crowd sneezes. Putting him against a physical Hughes side is a recipe for lost possession down that flank. And unlike Richarlison, Sulky offers zero defensive effort when he doesn't have the ball.

that 25m offer will look like the best deal ever come the end of this season. should have bitten their arm off
Showed some glimpses of quality yesterday and did work surprisingly hard to win the ball back on occasion.

I'd keep involving him in and around the team. Eventually it might click.

Richarlison went down twice without being touched or sneezed on tbf

:o

I think if we have u21 players as a 2nd eleven pushing the 1st 11 players then some will come through and others are still good for the squad.

United and others have done it for years.

As for lookman, hes got to push walcott out ASAP...then kick on again

True, but he was doing the same against top flight German teams last season.
.

Most of the sides in the Bundesliga are very poor, like Championship-level quality. That's why so many English youngsters want to go over there, it's a football culture where much can be learnt but there's far less pressure. So many players outgrow that league by their mid-20s and either move up to Bayern or go abroad, that's the reason most were so against selling Lookman. If he went to Leipzig they'd just sell him on themselves in 2-3 years for a huge profit, he wouldn't be part of any long-term project like he will be here.

I agree, but in 10 games this season Walcott has scored 3 times and has 2 assists. His form suggests he shouldn’t make way at present, but as you say Lookman has to take his chance when it arrives!!!
