Ademola Lookman

Doesnt do enough for me to play him over Walcott (who I dont rate either). Got quality in him but always wants to cut into centre mid rather than use his pace to stretch a defence.

Think he's definitely a no10 where he played best for Leipzig but Gyfi has that spot locked down.

I thought he looked bright when he came on. Looks to play teammates into space and to make things happen. Coleman looked more confident going forward when he was on.

I thought he did well personally.

Him coming inside allows Coleman to bomb on and allows us to find a bit of space as he did a couple of times late on. He sucks players in by going in the middle and forces them to leave their position and create an opportunity as he did when Bernard cut inside and shot (when he 100% should have given it back to Lookman who'd gotten himself into a dangerous area). He'll be starting on Wednesday.

I agree with that but he always does it mate. The best players can do both and make a opponent question what they are going to do.

He becomes a bit of a one trick pony with little end product is all im saying.

I still maintain £25 million in January and I would sell if we get could get a Lozano/Malcolm for a little bit more.

Didn't really run at them like I expected him to, but he's got that fine control in tight areas that can get us through against tougher defences.

Think it's harsh on Lookman to label him a one trick pony. He consistently beats defenders, pulls them out of position and gets us going up the pitch and I'm sure he'd start showing the end product given the starts.
