Ademola Lookman

I reckon he was just dropped from the squad personally. Silva probably felt that the other options were more suited to the fixture? The irony is that it's probably Schneiderlin who taken his place there.
If Schneiderlin gets in ahead of him it doesnt bode well for him. That 17 day break has let Silva see maybe who puts it in over the long term

I’d have a bad attitude if my nobhead manager refused to sell me, told me I was the present and future of the club then proceeded to give me sod all game time whilst playing a clearly inferior player like Walcott who has been hideously out of form for as long as I can remember.

He should have gone Leipzig, wasting his time at Everton. Will have a good career, not with us though... shame as he’s the only exciting player to watch in the entire squad with the possible exception of Bernard.

I dont understand why he is in and out of the team now.
What happened when he suddenly appeared to have got in ahead of Walcott and even Bernard and now we don't know what's happening? I haven't seen Walcott or Bernard do anything extra with their age and experience, so why not have a really young strike force of Lookman DCL and Richarlison?

I cannot understand why Silva is treating him like this. Has said in the past wants to keep Lookman well this is no way to do that. Look at what was on the bench instead of him cannot understand.

Baffling his lack of game time, especially considering Walcott is allowed to put in 2/10 performances week in week out, without the worry of losing his spot in the team.

If it has been decided that Lookman’s being sold in the summer then not playing him is only going to lower his value.

In that system we played yesterday (and any other system we want to play in truth) Lookman would have been ideal over Walcott, especially given that he moves into good positions to receive it, is a far superior creator and has the ability to take it past players better than anyone at the club.

several managers have consistently left him out of squads now.

all points to a very bad attitude. he should of been on the bench today but marco obv wanted to make a point
Maybe this says more about the managers we've had/got.
He wasn't problem at Leipzig.

A lad with his talent should be imbued with confidence, yet he looks like a shunned child.
Vlasic is another one.

An integral part of the future of this club has to be bringing through young players.
Maybe they're not good enough. Maybe they are spoilt brats who have no place at Goodison.

But it gives pause to consider there's something wrong with the culture, staff and senior players that doesn't provide the mentality, environment and opportunities needed to bring players like Lookman along.

Silva choice to leave him out of the squad was strange.seems bizarre.
Richarlison comes on for Walcott.
If Bernard gets injured or runs out of legs and we're chasing the game you'd think Lookman comes on full of beans and poses a threat.
Instead Silva would of had DCL and Tosun both on (or Davies on with no LW) and the usual desperate shambolic tactics follows.

So either Silva hasn't a clue or there's something going on with Lookman - be nice to know wtf is going on.

Pretty sure its the end for him, on the basis Kenny and Jags are on the bench ahead of him, when one defender would be sufficient, then something must have gone on
