That's a bit of a weird thought process imo, you can 'just want to play' and still have a preference as to where you play. It doesn't automatically you want to play for the club who offer you the highest number of games. I think you're taking that statement a bit too literally.

He played more at Leipzig than he would have done under Fat Sam and his comments about 'just wanting to play' will have been relative to the lack of game time he was getting at Everton.

Wow.

Just because someone doesn't have an exemplary attitude doesn't mean they are necessarily a bad egg.
A question to ponder...
If possessing an eggsemplary attitude suggests being a good egg, does lacking an eggsemplary attitude suggest a bad egg?

IF, he starts for Richarlson...and I'm not even sure that they aren't bigging up his injury or that they wont try to get him on with an injection...anyway, IF, I would hope that would mean that Lookman has been busting a gut...in a pick me, pick me, manner.
Silva might yet go with Walcott, who did as much as can be asked, came on and scored.
Silva can't really win whatever his starting line up, only the end result will prove him correct...or not.
Edit; of course Silva might, whatever his attitude since Richarlsons injury, throw Lookman a bone and say, Right sunshine, here's your chance over to you.

I agree...the last thing Silva wants is to end up with egg on his face (regardless of whether it's good egg or bad egg)

Richarlison is out as is Walcott....but Lookman will be on the bench with Tosun up front and DCL wide right. Believe.

Lookmans attitude still not impressing Silva
or,
A pragmatic choice away from home
or,
Another concession to the mediocrity of expected losses

The choice is yours.

Number one, with a hint of number two. Definitely not number three. Lookman will get thirty minutes, depending on how the games going, and if Magic Bernie finally tires himself out.

Also, if your info/guess is right, then Tosun has to show Silva that he can do better than DCL as well.

Whilst we all want all Everton players to do well I really don't get the love this lad gets, so much for so little. Hope he proves me wrong and if he gets on the pitch he actually does something

We got a real good offer for this one and refused to sell, and then hardly used, weird call, as cant see us getting another good offer for him now based on this season

Lost the ball in the box and then played a back pass to a CB when he should have turned it inside to Gana and kept the ball in their half

Another non-impressive cameo. He can go.
