People seriously go on about this lad like he’s the next big thing. He’s born in the same year as Richarlison and he’s not even close to his level. Most of the top players have already started to show it by his age, I hate to break it to people...he just doesn’t have it.

This line of thinking annoys me.

When he played last season he generally played okay. Not amazing, not badly.

He played very well when he came on v Spurs and against Burnley was an inch away from scoring one of our goals of the season.

He got 10 minutes yesterday and got injured. That's just bad luck.

If he does move I won't be devastated, but it doesn't make him a bad player.

He scored the same amount of league goals as Richarlison in 17/18. One got to play this year, one didn't.

I think he’d do alright in Germany and maybe end up coming back to the Premier League for silly money but right now he’s hardly shown anything in the years that he’s been here. For the money we have been offered we could spend on a player who will actually contribute.

I have an inkling he’s been secretly wanting to leave since he got here. When he first came to the club there were rumours of him being homesick etc.

Reckon that was bollocks myself, he'll go to Germany and live happily ever after out of an AirBNB.

So much so he moved 700 miles away to a completely different country.
