No. We've been through this before so I'll be brief. The last two PL games he started here he was this forum's MOTM and then the second highest vote getter for outfield players. Everyone knew he was good in the moment. But like Barkley and Stones were and eventually Kean or Richarlison will be, it's easier to pretend it is the individual players fault than except that the club is profoundly broken.

The idea that his attitude is any worse than anyone else in the club is laughable. The club is badly goosed and the last thing we need is somebody with his terrible attitude.
Feels like he could battle forever at RBL and he probably wouldn't make it. They're really good so there is no shame in that.Quite clearly shown he hasn't got the stomach to battle and earn his place in a starting line-up both here and in Germany.

His development has completely stalled and he really does need to just find somewhere to go and play games. Newcastle might be the worst place possible though.
Well clearly it is. We binned him off.The idea that his attitude is any worse than anyone else in the club is laughable.
He wanted to leave. If anything I'd argue he has a better attitude than the likes of Schneiderlin and Tosun who are more than happy to stall their careers on the bench.Well clearly it is. We binned him off.
Marco Silva told him the same thing. I can imagine not trusting managers.Markus Krosche has already stated the second half of the season is where they'll utilise him more as the games rack up but clearly he doesn't want to stick around to find out. Will be his loss at the end of the day.

Maybe he could be more patient. But I have to think he's extremely frustrated with the last few years and just wants to play. He wanted to go back to RBL because he was super successful the first time but things had moved to much and it was a mistake.I know you love him and love to defend him but I don't think they're similar scenarios as they're wildly different run clubs. He's only just turned 22 but seems to have learned zero on the concept of patience.

People like to use this stay and fight thing for college sports in the states but the reality is plenty of teams exist that need players and actually playing is almost always preferable. Transfering doesn't mean the player isn't tough enough or whatever, sometimes they just like playing football. Lots of teams need wingers so why should he just accept not playing. One of those teams is called Everton btw.
The thing with pro sports in the US is the draft and tying players to teams limits that movement. If Hayes had the means to move and a team was offering to take him and play him more I would be fine with that. Also the scarcity of NBA teams changes the equation a lot. Lookman has probably 80+ clubs that it would be worthwhile to join.To take a basketball spin on things, Lookman to me at RBL is kinda similar to someone like a Jaxson Hayes or NAW at my Pelicans team. They're young, they're not currently at the same level as the starters, they will get minutes this year and eventually through proper integration & acclimatisation and the natural progression of a squad they will become starters if they're good enough.
Sure he could swap to say a Saints or a Newcastle and possibly be a starter but he's only going to a lesser team, to play more football immediately, to try and get a move back to an RBL... it's very short-sighted IMO.
