Don't worry. He wasn't played for weeks after his 2 goals in Cyprus either. We don't like when players actually perform. It saddens the rest of the players who can't do anything.

Come on, now. What was he supposed to do, best three guys every play? Martina was basically ignored out wide.
My guess is that Lookman isn't a wide player and can't defend great, so no one wants him pulling a Siggy and covering for Martina all game. I like him as a sub, but he should play.
Talk of a loan.
It would do him good to play some football and come back in the summer when hopefully (**prays**) the dinosaur in charge will be gone.

Think he is a very useful sub at this point in time but has yet to find a way to contribute on the pitch for a full 90.
This will probably be down to tactics or his relative inexperience but I think if he did start more regularly he wouldn't be anywhere near as effective.

Lookman does more in a few mins when he plays than some do in about 10 games put together,a loan if he goes out is a disgrace as he should be a sub at worst and should be playing way more than he is,and if he does go out on loan,i wouldnt be surprised if he did and it was a decent team,that they try and buy him
Barely even gets on as a sub at the minute though
yes, he gets dispossessed more than others, that's for sure. he's quick, but his end product needs an awful lot of work to be a regular in the first team. And he offers diddly squat defensively. He's like a shorter lightweight Barkley.

Lively,runs,gets shots away,something our team dont do,bolasie should have gone out on loan for me to get back to proper fitness,not be in the starting line up right away for the sake of it,and vlasic should have gone out on loan,as he seems to do nothing mostly,Lookman runs at players,shoots,he does lose the ball a few times yes,but at least he trys unlike the others

Exactly. Everyone in our squad lose the ball. It’s just most do it passing to no one or hoofing it. Lookman loses it actually trying to be proactive and get us up the pitch in some dangerous situations.

If we can't guarantee the lad minutes even as a sub then he should go on loan. It doesn't benefit us because we want to hang onto the bit of hope that he might get some minutes. He hasn't and seemingly won't at this rate. Disgraceful stuff.
