13 goals, 29 assists
He'll never be prolific but he can make things happen

Thought that too but looked at both pienaar's and Mirallas' stats and pienaar has only 2 more goals and only 17 assists during his time at everton, while Mirallas has 8 goals and 8 assists during his time here to date. On top of goals and assists, McGeady's pace speed up Everton's play and as you said "make things happen" thereby indirectly creating goals. He will frustrate from time to time but only cos he will try things!

As ive said before, If he comes to Everton he will be awesome for us!

His speed and pacy might allow more space for Barkley and Lukaku, so i'm a sucker for pace and skills. I like to be entertained and have patient for players who lose the ball, at least they are trying unlike a certain nevile who struggles to pass a 5 yard pass backwards.

Just read that McGeady has created 14 chances in his 787 minutes of football this season, with four of those leading to goals. He has created a chance every 56 minutes. That's ok but not great really.

It is also in the Russian League which anyone linking stats for McGeady should well remember, and prior to that the Scottish league, Naismith/Jelavich also had incredible stats in such leagues

Most people who are advocating for him or at least are saying they'd welcome his signing and ****ging those who are negative against him are usually people who havn't seen the guy play for more than a clip here or their for Ireland, Spartak, Celtic, the people who have seen him more consistently near to a man are the ones who harbour huge doubts and yet are usually called by others with inane 'remember Mccarthy, Barry, Alcaraz', etc remarks which are plain ludicrous as most criticizing the potential signing were never critical of those signs anyways

So if Naismith and Jelavic had great stats in 'such' leagues and this guy has average stats - that should be even more worrying. But I guess is not the point you were making.

If it swings it for anyone, he's on £31k p/w at Spartak. According to FM, which is usually spot on.

Probably £40k p/w if he signs for us. Fairly standard that these days.

Kinda is mate, stats are pretty irrelevant in the vast majority of cases, gotta use your own judgement on most
