Rovers 0-0 in the second leg with Hibernians Malta. Riding our luck in terms of chances but some real rough arm tactics from the Maltese. Very much looking like they are playing for the draw......time for a Guinness

OK we did the business. Not attractive but that Hibernians team was the dirtiest I have seen since Atletico and Uruguay in 1974. Every tackle was horrible

6,393 souls in Turners Cross to see one of the worst games of ball ever played, anywhere. Galway were down to 10 after 25 min and we never caused them a serious issue tbh.

Went home for the Sligo Rovers match v Bala Town, to say Rovers were a disgrace would be an understatement, absolutely blessed to be going through, they can thank Ed McGinty and lady luck, fighting with myself about going up to Motherwell.

@NeroCeasar I see ye got through against Ramblers but this photo is frightening. St Colman's Park should not be used for fixtures until a full safety inspection is carried out.

This is a better look at what happened. Tbf to Cobh they are saying that the barrier is meant to collapse under certain weight and that they are an FAI requirement. So if that's correct then as bad as it looks, it actually worked as it should. That then brings us to the question of overcrowding in the section

I don't know whether to laugh or cry ffs. Rovers had to fly from Shannon to Malta and Pat's had to fly from Knock. "Evil" :)

A right shower of gobs***es this crowd.

Pat's very solid in the first half away to CSKA Sofia. Comfortable 0-0 at HT.

Sligo not so good, 0-2 at HT at Viking.

Great goal by Atakayi, and richly deserved by Pat's. Really sets things up for the 2nd leg in Tallaght next week.

Sadly Sligo being thumped 0-5

Well done Pat's! Really well deserved 1-0 FT

Sligo pull one back, but surely it is curtains chasing a 4 goal deficit

Come on Rovers - do these whinging numptees
