If he was white n had a receding ginger hairline no one would dream of playing him on the wing

He’s a number 10, and a sound one

Worried he’s gonna lose his confidence soon, and with it the qualities that make him useful in the middle

Lack of heart and fight ? he didn't stop running for the team the last few weeks ,usually if a teams doing well most players shine don't they?
But he runs up to people to ‘close them down’ and then just slows down and lets them do what they want. It’s like fake effort, the run looks like he’s working hard but he doesn’t actually put his foot in or his body on the line, so he might as well stay still.

Yeah the fact that he was ever compared to or thought of as a similar player to Yannick Bolasie really boils down to one thing and it isn't that they started at London clubs.

He’s played far, far, more games out wide though. Even as a junior. There’s more to being a number 10 than just playing the odd nice through ball.

My senior edtor is a gooner, and he said that he threw a party when Iwobi joined us for one-hundred-meeellion dollars.

When he plays wide I can see why.... Number 10 every time or get him to fook

Many times tonight he did that fake effort and the ball was played back to the keeper ,isn't that the job his been ask to do when to defend ,keeping the ball in there half when not attacking,

Nobody said he’s lazy though, the comment was about heart and fight. What people mean by that is he can appear a little unwilling to engage in any challenges, whether it’s when he has the ball or when we want it back. He definitely chases people down, but I have to agree that a bit more desire to put his foot in wouldn’t go amiss.

I see your point Lanolin , But if you see the fouls he gave away tonight trying to tackle to get the ball back without putting his foot in, you can see he isn't no tackler and if he did put his foot in we might be down a man, hes been giving a job/position the last few weeks which is nothing like he has been used to , hopefully we will see the best off what he can do under the new boss.
