Yeah the fact that he was ever compared to or thought of as a similar player to Yannick Bolasie really boils down to one thing and it isn't that they started at London clubs.

Is it that neither can trap a ball and consistently give it away trying the same thing over and over? They're both pretty similar in that regards.

Iwobi is not good enough he misplaced way too much possesion in the first half tonight he should have been gone at half time.he did the same in the derby even though he did a couple of good pases to create but overall poor poor poor

I’m not writing him off just yet. There’s definitely a player in there and he’s shown that in glimpses, he just needs to be more consistent (easier said than done, I know).

The problem with him is that when he’s bad he’s really bad. Having said that he’s a busy player who never shies away from the ball regardless of how well he’s playing - I’d much rather have him in side over Sigurdsson who seems to just hide from it

I know he was mainly a winger at Arsenal but I just don't see typical winger characteristics out of him, other than having very little end product lol

I can definitely see him being better as a 10.

He is more intelligent than what is around him. Was the same with Bernie. Took him a while to link up and for players to trust each other and take risks which is still a massive weakness for the whole team.

We have chopped and changed the starting 11 all season which has not helped but he will come good. 3/4 times he played great balls that no one gambled on or followed.

He did lose the ball a lot but was often surrounded by Leicester players with no one close due to a lack of pace last night in our squad.

Nobody said he’s lazy though, the comment was about heart and fight. What people mean by that is he can appear a little unwilling to engage in any challenges, whether it’s when he has the ball or when we want it back. He definitely chases people down, but I have to agree that a bit more desire to put his foot in wouldn’t go amiss.
Yes he runs up and closes players, but I feel that there’s always a hesitance or reluctance to actually get in close enough, use his physicality and win the ball.

It is far too easy for opposition to get past him if they're technical or if they have strength, whether he is closing down or not. It is so frustrating!

The sad thing is that Ayoze Perez would probably have been a better signing. He’s certainly better for Leicester and he’s not exactly a world beater is he?

FINALLY! We have a racist accuser in the house everybody. Wondered when somebody would play that card. Surprised it too so long. Should be ashamed of yourself.

I remember the Arsenal fans saying when we bought him that they always thought he should have been given a chance through the middle for them instead of always being played out on the right mate.
It was the left and he’d drift infield actually
May have had about 2 games on the right but I don’t even recall them if he did
