None of these are true except for the doesn't score and assist, and I think he's been a tad unfortunate on that front. Not that he's doing enough, but his figures could easily be a bit more respectable.
They're all true and not scoring or assisting is, no matter how you like to spin it, a major problem for an attacking player. His decision making is also dreadful, he had numerous opportunities today to do exactly what you say he is good at, playing the ball through to a forward but instead he takes ludicrous shots or forces the ball wide slowing everything down.

I'm struggling to think of a single game he has influenced in our favour.

Lad how can you not rate Bernard but stick up for this utter carthorse?

And im not Bernard's biggest fan but he's streets ahead of this bum.
He hates Bernard for some reason. Check in here when Bernard scores or has a good game, it is page after page of the @TheBigIguana telling everyone how terrible he is. Must of stolen his dinner money or something.

They just blatantly aren't. He found space repeatedly today, kept the ball well, and did a reasonable job of getting us up field. He struggled tracking back because Arsenal overloaded that side to try and take advantage of Sidibe and we didn't fix the problem. He was being asked to do way more than he was capable of on that front. Any winger would have struggled with that aside from Richarlison, but he's a special player. Acting like he does nothing and is bad at everything is blatantly over the top.

Name the games he has influenced in our favour?

I just hate the blatant dishonesty regarding some of our players.

As I said we dump on Iwobi like he should play league 2, crap on Walcott, and then treat Bernard like the second coming of Zico despite them all being relatively similar levels. I mean if you read this forum you'd think Real Madrid would want Bernard soon while Walcott or Iwobi should drop football and become an electrician or whatever. It's patently ridiculous.

West Ham, Leicester if we didn't take him off, I think the Brighton game that we got screwed he was decent, obviously Wolves, I thought he did ok at Burnley.

But you don't like him so you're going to say he didn't track back enough or something for all of those. I mean he isn't perfect so if you want to find faults, you will find them. I prefer to take the good for now since everyone else wants to focus on the bad.

Yet the vitriol you resent being levied at Walcott or Iwobi you are happy to dole out to Bernard. And then have the cheek to complain about double standards.

Lol, so some of the games he influenced in our favour were games that we lost. I assume his contribution was to our goal difference then. Oh wait, he doesn't actually score goals or create them so that can't be it.

By this logic Richarlison did not influence the game positively for us today. Which is to say, that logic is comical.

As we went over before, I am fair with Bernard. But since no one else wants to be, it looks harsh. If you all would stop giving him credit for every single little thing it would look different.

I mean hell, people are in the match thread saying how Bernard and Gomes changed the game like Gomes being excellent was somehow a little bit attributable to Bernard since he came on at the same time.
