I wouldnt say Walcott doesnt get a sniff, think hes pretty much nailed down the Right Wing spot as his own for now.

Walcott is one of the players that I would actually say is a bad finisher. It's been a problem for long enough that it isn't rotten luck anymore.

Yes, kind of, yes, no. I just don't get why people think he can't pass. It might be the only thing he CAN do, but like he can do it.

It's just weird to me. Tear him up, he really deserves it, but at least give him the small amount of credit he deserves. It's like when people used to crap on DCL and say he couldn't hold the ball up. Bad players can have some skills.

With hindsight (Holgate) I think you are right.

Zaha, and a fit Gomes and Gbamin and Marco may still have been in charge....

I think for me, at this point, he's either played more centrally or not at all. He's isn't effective enough out wide, I'd have Walcott in the side all day for that.

If Walcott can't go I'd play him on the left and Bernard on the right. Thought Bernard did a good job there in the second half last Sunday.

I haven't seen much to think he's good enough, but I guess we can give him a few games as a left sided inverted winger to see what he has. Because as long as DCL and Richy are here we won't be playing with a #10/CAM.
