I agree with you.Not for me chief.
Played well first half, but in the middle he's always got a Gerrard/Chelsea mistake in him. Just too sloppy on the ball.
Maybe just behind the striker where there's less risk, but I'm thinking Lampard reckons we've not got the team to accommodate one of them.

You're right he does have a mistake in him. We just saw it. But you either take the risk or you're completely useless in possession. We have no real choice if we want to try and play half decent. Not for me chief.

Totally agree. Losing the ball on the halfway line should rarely result in a goal with an organised competent defence. Iwobi was one of the few players who actually tried to move us forward. He's not someone I want in our team along with them all quite frankly but I wouldn't drop him for this.Has to start again on Wednsday, in the opponets half he was mostly trying to pass forward and move forward
I wouldn't compare Gerrard's season defining howler to losing the ball on the halfway line. Unfortunately any Everton player losing the ball, however far up the pitch, is enough for the players and half the fanbase to wet themselves. It's the sorry state we're in. Just pray to god we somehow get 3 points against Burnley to give ourselves a fighting chance. Surely Richy and CL can score against these muppets. Not for me chief.
