An unlikely hero since the Newcastle game. If we stay up he'll have played his part for sure. One of the only players we have who can slot a through ball too.

He’s been very good since Lampard came in. Won us the game v Newcastle and looks like a new player in this number 8 position.

His work rate has been incredible and he has upped his quality.

It's an absolute Joelinton of a turnaround and no mistake.

I heard a commentator say "a crunching tackle from Iwobi" closely followed by two other good tackles, that is one thing I thought I'd never hear a few weeks ago. Fair play to the lad, he's trying.

Some of those sprints he made at the end, I couldn't believe. Practically ran a marathon today. Things didn't quite come off for him in attack, but any missed passes seemed like they were forward in the attacking third, out for goal kicks type, and he was an absolute nuisance for the opposition in the pressing game.

Seriously at the rate he's going, if he plays 4 out of 5 like this for a year he'll be a fan favourite and a massive asset.

If the rest of the team performs like he does, the effort, the relentless press, the way his mental strength dragging his body at the late stages of the game, this team will definitely survive.
