Not a negative poster but a game against Huddersfield and two sub appearances doesn’t leave me convinced. No issue with him coming off the bench but never a starter for me. In a month this thread will have taken a new turn and we all know it. It’s like really wanting a girl to like you and she sends you a kiss on a text and you get excited, only for her to ignore you for the next week.

Started off well but as soon as you went into Ian Holloway mode about the girl it was weird !!!

As per Arsenal fans, he has form for bright starts each season and gone by mid September. Fingers crossed the international break doesn't do it for him and he can maintain his early season promise into the Burnley game. Glass slightly over half full for him at this point.

He was really good at Leeds too...
 

Hasnt started a league game yet. But has gone from a complete waste of space to being a squad player. Getting a few crumbs for about a £50m outlay on him finaly.
Fingers crossed we might get a buyer before his contract ends.
Benitez has def had a little chat with him.

Would be one of the biggest turn arounds for an everton player if he kicks on. Has looked absolutely hopless. Still frustrating at times. Gets himself on good runs baring down towards thier end but then sometimes he's taking a bit long to figure out what he wants to do. Big improvements still.
