You felt the passion at Goodison yesterday mate - first time we've felt that in a long long time.

Just let him in.
Stop it .

I enjoyed the game and you’ll have noted the credit I gave him. I think the lads who stayed in the boozer and there was definitely a few will come around to going back the game but I don’t see his name being sung around the ground anytime soon do you ?

things worked out for him , he did ok yesterday.

Then more fool our fans who would rather sing the name of a bloke who didnt want to be here, didn't bother to coach the players and had us playing the same dour sterile football we've witnessed for years draining the life out of us all.

Sooner the grown men in our fanbase lose the insecurity holding them back the better for us all.

A couple of key passes agst a visably tiring side ( as welcome as they were ) does not atone for looking like a pub league player for the past 2 years.

Hope another manager is as duped by yesterdays performance and actually bids for him.
I think that's a big part of his problem.

He looks a little ungainly, some players can't help that at all. When dribbling it always looks like he's lost the ball/about to, but he bundles through and it's generally still there.

He could string together several good games and he'd still look Sunday League, it's just him.

I think the manager is unfussed either way, if a good bid arrives (15-20m) it will be seriously considered, if not he's more than happy to keep him around.

By the way, I watched the Newcastle game yesterday and I still can't see why people practically jizz at the thought of St Maximin. He's Beagrie with a headband.

Maximim has pace and acceleration which is unreal and deadly, always a threat unlike iwobi

Just because he came on for a little cameo doesn't mean he's good enough to stay at the club. He's on a massive wage and in my eyes is a less effective player than both Grey and Townsend, and that's quite damning. If we can sell for 10-15m then it's for to be done.

Pint and a pack of pork scratching some from the Iwobi arms inn

I liked how well he seemed to work on the right with Richarlison supporting in the middle, one or two nice bits of passing and movement between them.

Played well when he came on and carries the ball forward well but it always baffles me when a professional footballer is incapable of striking a ball cleanly. You just knew he wasn't going to come close to scoring when he had that chance.
