Agree. But still our best player probably. We need to look at buying more creative players to take the load off him. He isn’t getting much help from either full back or Gordon/McNeill/gray.
We are a workmanlike team atm but next step has to be to add dynamic attacking quality.
Can we get back to ripping him to bits.....I miss it.

Was like that all game and even the 1st goal. Antony had acres because Myko gambled

Yeah we have to try and be progressive and if nobody’s making a run for a through ball, try and make something happen yourself.
We got punished by one of the best counter attacking teams twice today and I hope we’ve learned more about our shape in possession to ensure we don’t overcommit to an attack until we’re piling into the box.

Bar the goal, which was fantastic, thought he was poor. Loose in possession, as were Gana and Onana. Shouldn’t have given it back to Gana for the first goal, totally unnecessary pass. He’s away with the fairies out of possession as well.

It was stupid to try to take on Casemiro where he did (it's not like he'd have been bearing down on their goal if he'd gone past him), but he hasn't really been a regular starter for very long, and still has a lot of catching up to do in terms of experience.
