No doubt, and keeping an open mind on players is to be encouraged.
But to patronise and sneer at "nutters" after holding that view himself? Nah.
Yeah, fair enough. That wasn't called for.
But I do think it's legitimate to express (more polite) surprise that so many apparently are happy to sell him given his current contribution to the side.

Tbf I did know our midfield prospects better than he did. I didn't rate Allan (where does he play now?) or Doucoure at any point and said basically the whole time to use Iwobi more. He had a terrible feel for our club.

Carlo brought total crap into our midfield, whether you like Iwobi or not this has been revealed to be an unassailable fact.
At this point in Carlos tenure he had us top of the league.
Gordon wasnt in the side, Iwobi was on his private jet.

I'm glad Carlo left. The problem was the wasters running the club actually managed to hire someone worse right on the back of it. We were nose diving before Rafael turned up. As you've pointed out we were high up and finished bottom half. Arrow firmly down.

I don't think you're accounting for how much spending basically all of our transfer money for two seasons on awful players who aren't better than the guy who you refuse to play in the position set us back. This isn't about Iwobi, it's about Carlo being a long term grenade tossed into our club. Even if he realizes and uses Iwobi correctly the damage was done.
