When he signed it was said he would train with the first team and initially play in the U23s, he is listed in the U23 squad not 1st team squad. Basically U23s but given every opportunity to push for the 1st team.

I desperately hope not, his style of play, energy and aggression I think we have missed for so long. I think he is the key to transforming the midfield and our style of play.

But being Under 21 he doesn't count towards registration for the 1st team so can flit between the two. Which is what I would expect will happen.
