Surely it will take a while with quarantine etc? Or do players get exemptions if they’re tested?

I was on about when we announced Carlo.

But yeah I would presume things will be more complicated this summer.

Just hope he hasn't taken his holidays back in Brazil!!

You boys are dreaming if you think it will be anything less than a couple of weeks. If it happens, as always with Everton the process will be as follows

- News will start breaking in Italy that we’ve agreed a fee, all with different prices

- Nothing for a day or so, then Romano will come out with #HereWeGo and that we’ve agreed a fe

- All the Italian journos will start talking about him flying over

- English press will come out with Breaking News that we’re in talks with Napoli for him

- He’ll have medical, @Tofeenut will tell us all he’s just walked past him

- Myers will tell us he hasn’t heard of any interest in Allan (''that doesn’t mean there isn’t any!!'' he'll say)

- Italian press will announce deal done

- Everton finally announce Allan, sending GOT in to raptures

- the Echo will confirm we’re mulling over a move, but won’t be able to do anything without selling players first
He'll get an injury in training keeping him out until next season

Everton are closing in on a move for Allan and a deal could be done in the next 48 hours says a report.

Sport Witness cite Gazzetta Dello Sport saying Everton’s offer is actually €25m plus €5m in bonuses and the ‘deal will be done’, because the Brazilian midfielder is no longer part of Napoli’s plans.

Meanwhile, Corriere Dello Sport state that if Everton make a ‘step forward’ and Napoli make ‘one behind’ then the bonuses involved can take care of the issue.

They add that the Blues are determined to get a deal done quickly, ‘even within 48 hours’, suggesting this is getting very close to completion.
