We had 12 and 7 respectively. Howard had a blinder. At their place they had 39 shots with 7 on target. We had 11 and 5 respectively. We played on the break in both games and took our chances. At the time we were all screaming to sign KDB.

No it's totally sound logic, he has hardly contributed this season, I don't doubt he has ability, put him in Uniteds squad and we will see a much better player. But for us, he hasn't really done much this season and if we make any profit on him we have to welcome it and wish him well.

Put him in United's squad (or any other top 6 club) and chances are he'll warm the bench and play a total of 360 minutes for the season.

We're we? I don't remember coming out of those games thinking that de Bruyne did particularly well

The key is successful tackle amount, not percentage.

He can make 1 out of 1 tackle all season with a successful rate of 100% so don’t read too much into it.

He is in the low average bracket when it comes to tackle attempt. Hardly impressive.
