Made this all pretty much from scratch. Ribs smoked 6 hours unwrapped, spiritzed with apple cider every hour, corn bread recipe from a place I used to work at and the best damn corn bread I've ever had, and street corn with a garlic/chipotle remoulade spread with cotija cheese.
