I know not the point of this but my wife cannot eat mammalian meat, so no steaks/burgers/pork/bacon etc. We've tried all those "plant based" things most are rubbish, the Impossible "meat" tho? Really quite nice. The consistency is a bit off but the taste is really close.

i’m reconsidering moving to somewhere on the East coast, mashed potatoes is a pretty poor substitute for Stuffing or Mac&Cheese or Sweet Potato casserole!
