Baked beans are made with navy beans
Yeah, that's the thing, struggling to find dry navy beans, hence the cannellini, I've got pinto as well, or canned navy.

Cannellini beans are just a bit bigger and meatier than navy beans so I expect they'd be fine for baked beans.

The place that sells these (Uncle Giuseppe’s) is about 10 minutes from my parents house. I’ve seen them but never been bold enough to try them.Why would anybody think that this was a good idea ?
