gumbo is usually very “soupy” so served in a bowl but I won’t hold that against you. Good on you for cooking it up, how was it?

So damn good I'm making another this weekend. I think its the okra I put in that thickens it.
The other key ingredients are chorizo chunks, celery and okra. The sauce is a tomato base with garlic, paprika, cayenne, cumin, thyme, sage, bay leaf.
