To us a bbq is anything cooked on a bbq, I imagine in ‘Mercia you call it a “grill”. Charcoal, gas or disposable. It’s a cuisine to you guys, it’s a piece of equipment/gathering using that piece of equipment to usThe average BBQ in KC is above average
