I think at the very best he could feature in the last couple of games of the season, but much more likely is we won’t see him on the field until the start of next season. He shouldn’t be rushed back, we have just got to adapt now without him.
Again, don’t think it’s helpful comparing top level athletes to children or five a side. The pace at which this tackle is made is on another level.

Also, you seem really angry in your posts.
Im 'out of control'.

If I bump into my wife on the way to the bathroom and she breaks her arm, I will probably deserve 6 years in Bellmarsh.

it was just an unfortunate series of events

Alright Lemony Snicket.

no mate its based on people clashing and legs getting allsorts of stresses put through them. every now and then they break ...

if Son had done a dirk kuyt type lunge and gone through Gomes at shin height and broke his leg , id be the first person calling for a lifetime ban from the game , that would be toatally unacceptable, but trying to pin an unfortunate incident on him like this is pretty pointless. 99 times out of 100 Gomes would have just rode the tackle as normal and carried on, its just this time his studs locked into the turf ..

No one is saying he should be banned for 6 months. He should take ownership that he committed a professional foul that the outcome left another player with a broken leg and take his 3 game ban like a man.

Mate have some respect. Other opinions are allowed, you know.
Please explain how after 140 years of football we suddenly on saturday in the EFL now have officials deciding on yellow/red cards by assessing the injuries of players after a foul?

Please explain how this works going forward?

Please explain why you are so bothered mate? Not a dig, genuinely would like to know

What I'm saying is, if you disagree with someone, then at least try to conduct yourself with a shred of dignity. When you start calling them an imbecile and saying they know nothing about football, you just look like a fool. Have a little respect, we're all blues and we don't have to agree on everything.

Hate to see injuries like this in our team or anyone else's.
Glad the surgery went well, and Adre heals up fast (but not rushed back prematurely).

As for the red card, I was initially surprised, but don't care either way now. Andre came off the worst and no amount of red cards for opposing players is going to heal his ankle. Son did look pretty broken up by it, and maybe that will be punishment enough, and cause him to pause for thought before making another reckless tackle.

Crap happens, and right now, Everton FC appears to be a big powerful magnet for it!

I always give my rational why I disagree.

At the start of the season I said we would struggle, we had a poor manager, and an appalling transfer window.

I was subjected to dozens, upon dozens, of 1 line posts. Not one explaining why we had a good manager, had a good window and why we would do well this season.

So now you're veering into "I was right all along and everyone else was wrong" territory on a completely unrelated matter.

Take the point on board or don't mate, it's up to you. But don't be surprised as to why everyone is calling you out for acting like a prat.
