‘Just come back’ He’s been classed as fit enough for over 4 months. He was also very inconsistent before his injury.

he should be easing himself back into football but because we have no one else, he is starting every game.

He has always been a sluggish/slow player. His ability has always rescued him in tight spaces. Unfortunately, it looks like the forward progressive passing has disappeared from his game. It might be the injury and it's psychological effects. Or it might be that playing with the rest of our midfield has turned him into the immobile crab that they all are.
