Well, we paid 25m for Gmblammo, so at some point he looked like a footballer.
Now, less so, I mean people say you should support academy players, but personally I find it hard when most people blow smoke up their arses before they even kick a ball.
Andre Gomes has won a Euros, played for Barca in the CL, Onyango has played half a game for the worst Everton side in a century.

Yeah but I’m talking about calling him an option for us right now, at this exact moment in time. The fella cannot walk let alone play football. He is not an option and never will be. Onyango might be an option at some point.

In an ideal world yes, and neither would Gomes.
Agreed. Gomes is a good player given some space. Pacey games in the PL are simply too fast for him. He is not a fraud as some say, simply not quick enough.

He's gonna panic in midfield as 3 people rush at him, squirt a pass backwards between Coleman and Keane who will both bottle it and we'll concede.
Whatever happens we have to play 3 in the middle today. To me Alli isn’t a midfielder and certainly not at the moment with his lack of fitness. The 3 up front can be Richarlison DCL Gordon
Gomes plays by default with Allan and Beek given that it’s at home. Need to pass round the press. Hopefully it’s one of his better games because when he’s bad, he’s very bad. You usually know what it’s going to be after the first 5 minutes.
