It's his casual couldn't care less attitude that gets right under my skin the most.

When clement was giving him instructions on the sideline u could clearly tell he wasn't listening to them or just ignoring them we don't need players who don't fight for the shirt like him

True but debatable that DVB doesn't struggle in that situation. It's a pass from a defender who didn't want the ball and put another player in trouble.
 
He obviously only heard what an Everton was when his agent told him there's a mad Iranian handing out crazy contracts to rejects like him and he John Lennoned it and found out he was in England. Point being. He's not arsed.

Yeah. There's a difference between confidence in what you're doing and then not reading the danger.

The idea is to find that number 6. Just not when he's got 2 players on him.
 


It can’t be enjoyable for him, knowing that you don’t have the pace or physicality to play in this league. You’d think he’d want to move back to Spain or Portugal where a slower pace might suit him better. He should want to go, the club should definitely want him to go, not sure why he’s still here taking up a massive wage. Unless it is just for that massive wage but it’s a short career, go enjoy it.

Exactly. You're trying to get two centre backs who aren't ball playing ones...to be ball playing centre backs. Which is fine but the rest of the back 4 have to offer options or just punt it.

Just have to grin and bare it until Lamps gets someone who can do the job.

This is true but was never swift of foot anyway. He does my head in….loads of ability but uses it sparingly and is an absolute liability when it comes to defending and has no clue how to tackle so gives free kicks all over the place
