I wouldn't call him a scum bag, he wants to play regular football and I respect that in a footballer. We've outgrown him over two years and that's shows the progress we've made. We've got good up and coming youngsters coming through (Vaughan/Baxter/Victor) and we'll probably add a better quality striker to our ranks aswell.

He's simply not good enough for us and did the best thing possible career wise. Good move for every party in my opinion, 13 million is a superb deal.
 
I bet he wins 15 penalties next season! Best of luck AJ thanks for the derby, and that last minute goal against Arsenal i wish you luck in 36 games next season.

Hes the enemy now!! Especially with fulham, we need to beat them at their home ground this season! im betting that we will be winning the game 1-0, and johnson will win and score a penalty in the last minute.

Is the fee 13 million thoought that it had been confirmed at £10.5m?

I think he is a good player, not many better English strikers. As long as we replace him with somebody as good or better then it will be a good move by Moyes.
 

I think that it was a confidence issue why he left.

Getting called a diver was one part, and not taking the penalty during the Fiorentina could be one.

Plus, we don't suit his style of play, a move for him is a very good decision.
 
What on earth is the reason for the delay in Johnson's switch to Fulham. He has passed his medical and has apparently agreed terms, so are Everton waiting to sign an imminent replacement before the deal goes through. AJ was supposed to be signing for the Craven Cottage club on monday, then it was tuesday, now it is today. Why are Everton so slow in comings and goings in the transfer market.

Fulham have probably cottoned on that they have been robbed and are now trying to twindle the fee down because he has a niggle with his ankle.
 
Possibly, but i dont know how a player can pass a medical when they have an injury. Saying that, we have signed players before today that have not been fully fit, Beattie springs to mind for one.

and he doesnt finish anything he starts, mrs. aj is livid, says she's not off 'til he puts that last bit of skirting on,fits the bog roll holder and cuts that tile to fit around the edge of the sink vanity, she cant let anyone see the downstairs lav 'til he finishes it off. the bone idle [Poor language removed].
