Roy hodgson is looking elsewere at two other strikers as he believes everton will not budge on the latest offer. One is believed to be playing in Italy and the other is in Germany.Everton have given fulham 48 hours to complete deal and now fulham have given everton 24 hours to except fulhams offer.Johnson is unhappy with everton at the way they are dealing with fulham as he had hoped the deal should have been completed......

Andy Johnson, Everton to Fulham - Insider says: 4/5

The deal is in some doubt following a problem with Johnson’s medical, but both clubs are keen to get it done and the striker has his heart set on a return to London. Although Fulham insist they will not go higher than £8m, Everton are sticking to their guns and want the original deal of £10.5m rising to £13m. If both sides are prepared to give a little it should go through before the start of the season.

personally i think fulham are making a mountain out of a mole hill.
i would call the deal off and never deal with them again.
at the end of the day johnson has a contract and a price , if a club doesnt want to pay the price then tough , he has to carry on playing for us.
i certainly wont be held to ransom by the player and a 2 bit 'should be in a lower league ' club like fulham.

AJ's upset at us? Its not our fault he's got a shitty knee.

AJ wanted to leave. We didnt want to let him go, Moyes wanted him to stay. AJ was a first team regular and signed a 5 year contract extension.

That alone means we should at least get our asking price. If not, tell AJ he's getting 30g's a week rather than 50, or see if Sunderland or Wigan want him for a flat £10.5mill, straight up no worries cash in the bank buy.

i think it is the club. while AJ's work ethic is unsurpassable he just didnt provide the goals that we need if we want to break into the top four with him in a starters role. he also wastes bags of energy running around sometimes. that being said i love AJ and would rather see him with us rather than against us.

There is no point in selling him for any less for the simple reason How could you get a player as good never mind better tell fayed to [Poor language removed] off the penny pinching two bit ****:@

The way ya have got to think about it is that if there first and only bid at the start was 8 mill and Moyes said yeh ya can have him for 9 mill, how many people on here would be made up.

Because every1 has got this 13mill in there head its sounds like a bad deal for 8mill(n)

Link to the article about the deal. Guess time will tell if it's true or not.

Striker Andy Johnson looks likely to join Fulham but chairman Bill Kenwright insistes the club does not have to sell anyone to bring in new players. "Our attempts to complete the signings of players we believe will improve the quality of our first-team squad continues on an hourly basis," he said.
"We have had a budget for incoming transfers since the start of the summer - and that budget is in no way reliant or dependent upon either the proposed relocation of the club to Kirkby or the sale of current players."

Ye bill we belive you!!!

Im starting to belive what most people say about you.
