What reputable sources said it was basically done and dusted, though? Only jarg twitter helmets.

McNulty on the Beeb for example only said we're in talks.

Because it'd be the equivalent of buying a dozen eggs off a man who has just started juggling them. Could be clattered easily and boom, deal off.

Let's put it this way, there's no chance this deal is anywhere near happening at the moment. Could be on the cards but wayyy, way off.

i doubt their chairman / manager cares if he gets injured though, and they're the one who decided if he goes or not, so we can't exactly say no.

I'll watch the game and tell you how he reacts at the end etc.
