Don't read other forums. It's bad for your health. All the mental gymnastics you'll see as clubs try to give reasons why they're going to be better than us will give you brain damage.

No way we sign him today, surely? Needs to come over here for medical, work permit etc.

To be fair they are clearly not going anywhere. They're improving and 'their level' is clearly in the Prem.

It's just that their fan's self perception is not mirroring the steady progress of their club. It seems to have skyrocketed into another plane of existence, where up is down, Shaqiri is Messi and Stoke are the working class Real Madrid.

I was also thinking the same thing....oatcakes, I for one would be ashamed to be a member posting on a site with that name. Seems like some of them have gotten too big for the britches. One season does not make you a European super power.

You have to laugh. After watching them against the RS, it's fair to say they are still awful.
