Fair enough. I personally don't think him being fit makes us a whole lot better and it's also hard to blame our current predicament on his injury alone.

I do welcome his return though. A better crosser of the ball than anyone we have currently and capable of a long range strike every once in a while. Might be worth a few extra points by the end of the season.

I was more shocked to hear you say that bolasie is ripping it up in Turkey. Surely not?

Do we know by any chance when is he coming back? Lampard said back in January that he was a few weeks behind because of a setback. Since then, and despite plenty of opportunities from the media to ask the question to dyche, we do not know anything about his return. He could prove to be a very important player bearing in mind our lack of attacking options. Had a decent start last season so even if we get a couple of assists from him that could be 6 points in the table.
 
I reckon there’s next to no chance that we will see Townsend make a contribution this year. Complications with ACL at his age is worrying.

Even when he gets back on the grass it will take a good period to get fit.

Definitely gone off the radar again with no updates and on no videos.
 

He'll get injured again probably. He's just one of those players.
It's a shame because he's a good sort and his trick of moving inside and hitting it into the far corner is a joy.
