He’s crap, but so are most of our forward players. Needs replacing once his contract is up.

Good pro. Far from crap. Good influence to have at FF and in dressing room. Came to all our friendlies when he didn't have to when most younger pros if injured would've stayed away. That type of attitude is to be applauded, hopefully similar to the ethos FL is aiming to instill. Keep, give a coaching role in the interim. He’s crap, but so are most of our forward players. It's a big, big club. Doesn't mean coach the first team. Even if it's starting off in the academy somewhere. Using corporate knowledge in qnt organisation is essential.

It's not though is it in this instance. I've no idea of his coaching qualities or capabilities but he's experienced and by all accounts a decent pro nothing wrong with promoting internallyMore jobs for the boys, it’s worked well so far.

NoThis is the madness part. You’d like to give a lad a job for life on our coaching staff, due to the fact he turned up at relegation games when he was injured, without knowing if he is capable of actually doing the role.
Whilst under contract at the club. He's hardly one of the boys in the way you are describing. Anyway have a good day, nice not to have Everton ruin the weekend!More jobs for the boys, it’s worked well so far.
This, exactly this. It's not though is it in this instance. I've no idea of his coaching qualities or capabilities but he's experienced and by all accounts a decent pro nothing wrong with promoting internally
