Then who plays out on the right, is the wrong way to go. I still want money spent on a cf i think danjuma could be the winger/ cf on loan with us still looking for a dcl type. Maybe even young becomes backup outwide as the club get a lb. I would also want a cm maybe wharton even tho not had any strong links

In a diamond you have:

Back 4
DM
2 × CM
ACM
2 × CF

That’s the point of a diamond. No one plays out on the right. Gives the full-backs more license to attack as they have a midfielder each to tuck in.

Just a gash man’s Martial and Martial is utter gash.

replace the inconsistent Gray with the more inconsistent Elanga.

Everton that 😵‍💫

Baffled when I see people writing off players at the age of 21

Development isn't linear and, while by no means consistent or the finished article, the lad clearly has some talent.

If we really are talking about 8 to 10 million, then I'm all for it (as long as they don't have a buy back clause which takes the mick)

Thank god the internet wasn't as advanced when we signed Peinaar from Dortmund, who was an abject failure there

Kanchelskis, Garner...?

Amad Diallo would be a good player to bring in on loan ahead of Elanga.

Bit confused why were supposed to be buying Elanga for £8-10mil instead of a loan.

For a signing surely we can do better once selling Gray and Iwobi ?

Underwhelming
Yes Kanchelskis and Garner, but they seem the exception rather than the rule to me.

Elanga feels more more in the vein of Schneiderlin, Cleverly, Gibson and Van der Beek. As you said, underwhelming.

tell me the Utd players we bought directly from them that you think were failures. Genuinely curious.
