Very good potential but needs to learn better decision making, sometimes he’s too confident and doesn’t look up for teammates.

Yeah he can be a bit Barkley at times with his decision making but he seems a FAR smarter lad and I can see him learning every week and getting better with that side where Barkley never did

Had another really good game today. He gave Stones a torrid time 1st half.

Think he's progressing but he's still far too predictable when attacking, as Stones demonstrated yesterday. Handled him very easily, causing all of his shots to lead to nothing.

Our academy players are always deemed Championship level at best. Gordon will continue developing and add even more to his game. Honestly, he has played a handful of games showing great promis and people are still coming up wit( this rot.

I'd imagine a lot of it is down to the lack of options he has. He's surrounded by poor players who are barely worth passing to.

It's a shame he's had to start off in this side. So much pressure on a young, local lad being your main creative outlet.
