He needs to learn to stop chasing lost causes and be more focus on when to chase, when to track back and when to hold your position. He will then have more energy going forward and so more successful at scoring and assisting.

I've thought the last few games he has been on the receiving end of some very cynical fouling, often very early in the game. I guess it's a sign of how the opposition rate him.

Gordon would be massively helped and would look even better if he had overlapping full backs to help create more space and take players away from him.
I honestly think thats why Gray is struggling of late to be effective.

Seems to have his head screwed on, in terms of wanting to improve, listening to coaches and taking that advice seriously.

Improving every game, I believe that if we improve as a team then his attacking output will improve. There were moments in the game where he really shone in an attacking sense but it was a night for dogged performances and that is exactly what he gave us, and then some.

There is no doubting his passion and at the moment, in our situation that is invaluable so if you add that to a better more confident team it is easy to say that we will defo start to see that end product as he gets more chances, etc.
