I think he's a great talent and is clearly trying harder than everyone else, but there is a long way to go. It seems to me that he's standing out more now because he is definitely not instructing his agent to put the feelers out for a new club if we get relegated. Imagine being a blue and playing in the first team in 71yrs to go down. I'd say it's giving him that extra fuel right now. One thing is for sure...if the rest of the squad cared as much as him, we'd survive no problem, and on its own deserves a lot of respect, besides the fact he broke into the first team and is one of our few positives this season

Needs to stop his stupid dives, he doesn’t even do it naturally. The refs are getting on to it and it’s gonna work against him. He is the type of player who will get fouled a lot but he’ll end up with a reputation and not getting what he should

Seems to go down constantly recently, whether he's just being coached to do it. As you say he'll just get flagged by the refs and won't get decisions, i.e. Richarlison. That dive at the end of the Newcastle game was ridiculous, especially when on a yellow. Could have cost us the game that had he sent him off when we were already down to 10.

You love to see a local lad get stuck in and give his all but the theatrics aren't what you want to see.

I wouldn't mind so much if we could actually take a set piece, but he's better staying on his feet.

I get my agenda is weird, the lad is pulling his tripe out and pulling the team forward, im just not seeing the quality others talk about.

I think Lampard is using him to set an example because of his work rate.
