Was boss last night, I've said for ages that he should be starting games.

he had to track back alot as well to help out covid lung godfreyThere are people on here do not rate him.
I am not one of them.
Just to upset the haters even more, he might end up being captain one day.
He never stopped encouraging other players last night.
Not even mentioned how well he played.
that was really weird. He told the world that he'd been in to see him about why he wasn't playing and then didn't pick him for a year.Ancelotti nearly destroyed this lad's confidence, and if he'd stayed on here he'd have had Gordon on loan somewhere this season.
Played well last night and when he is quicker than his full back - like he was last night against Azpilicueta - he goes round them fun. He has always looked good against that type of player like in some of the cup teams last season against lower league teams.
Still not 100% convinced he is a top premier league player though, but is certainly a better option than Iwobi and if he continues to develop, then you never know
I think Brand's may have had a lot to do with him staying here this season.Ancelotti nearly destroyed this lad's confidence, and if he'd stayed on here he'd have had Gordon on loan somewhere this season.
One of my very critical towards us Kopite colleague and a few others rate Gordon very highly. Perhaps we're too critical of our youngsters.Played well last night and when he is quicker than his full back - like he was last night against Azpilicueta - he goes round them fun. He’s young so he’s bound to be inconsistent. What’s more, he’s currently playing in one of the worst Everton sides in decades, and that takes some doing. The fact he’s showing bits is highly encouraging.
Of course he is, he's only 20, what do you expect?I agree with you, but some the hype after last night is only setting the lad up to fail. Someone compared him to Steve McManaman in the Match Thread last night.
He’s shown good promise in patches, but he’s still some way off being a finished article.
