To be fair he's setting an example to some of the other young lads that i think should be getting 30 minutes at least as they could probably do a better a job than our so called established players.
one of those 'established players' was Rondon who got time on the pitch and once again showed nothing, two kids on the bench showed against Chelsea that they were worth a punt. It was a dereliction of the managers position to put fat Ronds on instead of the kids

The only bright spot for me this season (well Gray also I suppose) but if Richarlison and/or Townsend were available would Rafael even select him in the starting eleven?

I’ve said since he first came into the team under Ancelotti I thought he had a chance. On the basis of what we’ve seen in the past few weeks, I’ve revised that to I think he has a good chance of making it
Ancelotti should be blamed for doing absolutely nothing towards the lad's development. Imagine how further along his development path he would be now if Ancelotti had given any meaningful game time instead of banishing him to the bench (at best) - instead of his Benitses v Digne like reaction to him questioning why he wasn't.

I do think the lad is talented but so are plenty of players in the squad. What really separates him from the likes of Iwobi is his desire to do well for this club. The effort he puts in throughout the entire game is just brilliant to see - puts so many others in the squad to shame.

Yep I agree, after getting the confidence from getting his first goal yesterday he then subsequently kept showing desire to get into goal scoring positions, something I've not seen him do yet
Don’t worry they will all turn on him after a few bad games and ruin his confidence and love for the club.
