Well Gray outscored him last season and is out scoring him this season, theirs nothing between them in terms of what they offer the team. Gordon has age on his side that’s it. You could sell Gordon for 60 mil and replace him with a 1.5mil Gray and there would be no difference to the team
No will offer £50M-£60M for Gray.

Most people can see that Gordon is streets ahead of any other Everton player.

Im looking at it like this
His Value versus what he offers the team.

Then what 50-60mil could add to the team.

Sell.
Add a few more million to it and ot could get you a sigurdson and a niasse.

Needs to be an extra million for every hour now until the end of play Tuesday if they want him. Happy to take a £20m deposit now so long as paperwork cleared by Tuesday evening and the balance is cleared for us to splash on two new additions to the squad. If they want him after Tuesday and Gordon makes it clear he wants out unthinkable we're talking about £140m. You have to imagine we have them on speed dial ready to take their medicals at a minute's notice. Gordon gone, three in by EOD Thursday.

Jokes aside Pickford is probably one of the top 5 passers of the ball we have. You could’ve stuck him in midfield last year and he’d still have done a job compared to the other options we had.
he can tackle too, ask Virgil. Well you may need to employ the services of a medium following his tragic death after the tackle.

Something that Lampard mentioned in his post match interview that I think has been glossed over is that Gordon produced one of his best games for us amidst all of this news flying around. I know it’s his job but more experienced and accomplished players have mailed it in similar situations.

Obviously his celebration was a nod to that. Really impressive from him and people might be on to something who have said that this whole thing might actually boost his confidence and make him a better player. Yesterday was a good sign in that regard.
Yeah, he's a nice lad but there's a bit of an edge to him too and I reckon even if he doesn't go all the "lol, he's never a 60m player" stuff he's had over the last couple of weeks will spur him on even more to become one.

Inflation, plus the weak pound post Brexit may be contributing to Boehly's willingness to pay more. £60m now equates to around £45m a year ago, if paid in US dollars, taking into account high inflation
