No upset here mate. The praise he got last season probably went to his head. I rated him but thought he had a long way to go. As fans sometimes there is a overhype of players, probably out of the hope to eventually get success especially after over two decades.
If he goes I won’t be kicking off.

I don't really care - as in I'm not slating him for liking it. We should sell him because we need money and if Newcastle want him then get £30m and go.

I've personally never rated him. At Preston, he struggled. Came in to our first team and looked lost. He has pace and draws fouls. Other than that, he doesn't do anything. He can't take players on and his decision making is atrocious. I think Newcastle will be shocked at what they are getting if they pay 40m+.

if people are going to blow smoke up his arse eventually there is a chance he gets lost in his own hype. The best players see through that and want to improve every week.
As I said we don’t know what has gone on behind the scenes (not defending him) , he hasn’t improved this season that’s for sure.

There is no way we are getting anything near 40m for him. Newcastle will make an official bid of about 15m next week, we'll turn it down, Gordon will hand in a transfer request and we'll end up taking about 25m with ridiculous add ons he'll never reach on deadline day then scramble around the clearance players and blow it on Jordan Ayew or someone in a panic. You're mad if you think this pans out any other way.

If a decent offer is there, dumb not to take it. His foul last week that cost us a point was baffling.

I’d be very surprised if it’s actually Anthony gordon, and not just a social media manager, like many professional footballers have nowadays.
He’s a terrible excuse for a footballer, but I don’t reckon this “like” is a reason to be fuming at him.
