Generally correct, but not always. Every club makes some recruitment errors. Look at Chelsea, Arsenal spent £72m on Pepe etc
The truth is that we don't currently have the foundations in place for a young player to develop, and be inconsistent. We need the money to hopeful sign more consistent performers for the here and now, which is a relegation battle
Any image in a flat mirror closer than the 'focal point' of that mirror - which is Infinity in a flat mirror is a Virtual Image...it's not real. How’s it not a true image if it’s reflecting back what is? Come on on, tribal insecurity to one side be honest.
It’s not that cryptic man, surely. Relax up, calm yo zapped lil mind and read back dude. You can do it!Any image in a flat mirror closer than the 'focal point' of that mirror - which is Infinity in a flat mirror is a Virtual Image...it's not real.
So,
Again
What's your point Butch
Even if he has a great Newcastle career, it doesn't mean we are wrong to sell. He isn't currently performing and we need money to reinvest. We can't wait till next year or we could easily be relegated. There are going to be exceptions of course, but as a general rule it stands up to scrutiny. Look at the teams with the best scouting records. If they are prepared to pay big money for a young player with only a years track record, there's a better than decent chance the player in question isn't awful
Gordon is S8 and will NEVER kick on, he had his little purple patch where he scored a few scuffed efforts, I will bet my right bollock that within 3 seasons he’ll be playing in the championship, take 20-25 M and run.

Hmm! Not if recent history is anything to go by we won't.….I can see why the wealthy clubs are interested. Gordon possesses the physical attributes they want. The ability to spin and run at the opposition can make the difference in matches.
In our situation he really isn’t the answer because he plays for himself, must be impossible to form a partnership with and rarely has end product. We can do better with monies acquired.
I fear top players/teammates will quickly find him out, so he’ll need to bury himself into team ethic. Managers will be concerned at the end product but he might go on to be a very good player if he becomes a very good professional as well.
