Anthony Gordon

I think it's more about him realising that he was levels above them
Obviously he was,but he always saw himself as the biggest fish in the pond and never was a team player. Pity Kenwright handled his move and we didn't get his true value...wonder if he'd tell Ferguson he was crap to his face.

Precisely why you couldn’t have this fella as a manger here. Too immature
Nah if anything it's a realistic opinion - he walked into the first team age 16 based on being much better than most on the pitch like, let's not kid ourselves. All great players have this horrible arrogance about them as well.

He's probably matured (and fattened up) quite a bit in the last 20 or so years tho lol

Rooney was a boxer wasn't he? Probably did, or at least didn't shy away from it, you'd think

Fantastic player but I’d not have him as a manager if he can’t keep his gob shut and show a bit of tact.

He’s not much of an example in that he should have been a better player for longer and has the morals of a dog.

Wouldn’t want the circus that comes with him either, imagine your coach in the witness stand trying to take down Rebecca Vardy.

Well we have already entered the banter years and absolutely solidified them when we played Mick Keggers up top with no clear idea on what he's doing there, so this would not surprise me 1 bit.
