Well if thats the case then whinging and moaning about kneejerk backflipping must be equally important in being an Everton fan.

It would be if one was whinging and moaning about it.

Nothing wrong in pointing out we've got some whoppers as fans who kneejerk at the drop of a hat.

Who have unfortunately become more common on this here forum, to the detriment of its quality.

I'm all for opinions but I'd like them to have some basis in fact.

When I see people moaning about Lukaku because he's had a poor start, it makes me wonder.

No one seems to be mentioning he dyes his hair. Him and Barry can probably be spotted at the local Boots picking up their Just For Men.

....can't say I notice that type of detail. Suppose it could impact their footy if it rains and the stuff runs in their eyes. RM has real attention to detail and probably keeps an eye on the pre-match weather forecast.

Not sure about "Whoppers", I'd prefer to think we've got some very very passionate supporters who are not as good as others at containing their disappointment when things don't go well.

The (paraphrased) words of Rudyard Kipling spring to mind (and lend sage advice):

Prepare to meet with Triumph and Disaster
...And treat those two impostors just the same.

Or, as RM might feel at times: "keep your head when all about you, are losing theirs, and blaming it on you"

Yes he is injured most of the time since he has signed for Everton but isn't it a bit odd that his national team does not call him up since June 2013.

Interesting to see him play on the right of the two CBs. I thought he was left footed but I must have been wrong as he used his right all game on Saturday.

If only they waited until had actually not gone well.

The uber "Whoppers" go into overdrive in the hour leading up to kick off when they see a favourite whipping boy's name down to start the game.

e.g. when Hibbo was selected for a few games when Seamus was out :)

I was impressed with how comfortable Alcaraz seemed on Saturday, both on the ball and defending. A healthy Alcaraz seems a quality squad member, hope he can avoid injury and kick on.
