Anyone have any interesting hobbies?

I wouldn't wish back problems on anyone, BB...nasty stuff.

I guess the only thing that saved this guy from getting killed was that he used to do stunt work (in a Wild West show, no less!!) at a now defunct amusement park here (Phoenix, AZ.) and did a lot of stunt falls so, apparently, his second instinct from learning how to do stunt falls kicked in and saved him from busting open his head on the asphalt below.

I wish him well. Sounds like he's very lucky.
I hate it when I hear of accidents like that. Sounds like a very interesting guy too.

For you guitarists out there , there is a great guitar forum called the telecaster discussion page re-issue, or tdpri.

www.tdpri.com

It is a very social club atmosphere, with absolutely no idiots allowed, and has over 30,000 members, many of which are the leading musicians in their profession, ranging from A list Nashville session musicians such as Brent Mason, Redd Volkaert etc, to guys like Elliot Easton ( cars - clarence clearwater revival) Arlo West, Will Ray (Hellicasters) and guys like myself who can play a little although I don't get much chance to get on there these days.

It is the best guitar forum bar none, and offers every discussion you can think of regarding guitar, and an off topic forum and tab forum too.
Mainly American members (50%+) and the rest from all round the world. Very warm and friendly with advice a plenty.
Check it out (y)

Quite...I found out all this stuff about him over time (apart from the obvious accident) and it got to the point of "Christ Ron, what HAVEN'T you done?". So yeah, he is pretty fun to listen to...never asked but I believe he's in his early 50's and started the band around '75...they were called Coyote and mainly did country and southern rock (he's a massive Allman Bros. fan). I actually did a Google on him and the band and found an older article about a haunted bar in Flagstaff called the Museum Club...he couldn't believe I'd found it and told me the whole story. Here's the article...it's a bit lower down, under 'Rocking Chair'. Not much there but it did at least confirm he wasn't bs'ing me.

Arizona Daily Sun directory - Museum Club

I'd have thrown her a fiver and said buy another lol.

Yeah, I'd be lying if I said they weren't better even if sometimes I have to warm up a little more than normal to get full flight. Feel free to discuss your problem more if you wish either here or via pm and if I can offer any help or advice I'll be only too glad to help.

Cheers mate, might do later.

Classical Piano. I'm well gay.

Admit you taught yourself how to play 2Zanarkand.

I play Ice Hockey, apart from that... nada Since kid no.1 came along, I'm too busy!, kid no.2 is gonna kill off any lingering free time... I wanted to get a PS3 but I don't know when I'd play it....

Local history fascinates me,so much so that i have books on the subject and old maps of Liverpool / Bootle etc.

I'm more boring than TX Bill, and that's a fact.

I'm pretty sure my allotment obsession makes me the dullest on here.

I'll happily spend all day there killing slugs and pulling up weeds. You can't beat it, peace and quiet, I'm the youngest there by a good 40 years. And best of all, free vegetables! I've got some Jerusalem Artichokes to dig up later, quite looking forward to that.

The youngest woman there, who's probably in her late 40's keeps coming over whenever I'm there, she blatantly wants to do more than borrow my hessian sack. She's filthy. Literally, her nails are caked in mud.

I still would though.

Other than that I play way too much poker and onanise over Joanna Angel.
